Think about what used to break you.
A failed exam. A breakup. A job you lost. A rejection that felt like the end of something. At the time, those things were enormous. You didn't know if you'd come through them.
You did.
Now look at what's on your plate. The scale of it. The complexity. The weight you're carrying right now would have flattened the version of you from five years ago.
That's not a problem. That's the point.
