Eight Simple Daily Quests To Level Up Your Life

Levelling up your life doesn’t have to be about massive projects or goals. You can gradually shift your life in the direction you want by cultivating some very small habits that you stack on a daily basis.

Over time these habits will compound, and you’ll start to see noticeable results: you’ll have more time to dedicate to your important goals, you’ll make better progress, and your ability to achieve your goals will increase.

As you work more on these small habits, they’ll be easier to do, and you’ll begin to get more out of them.

Here are a few very simple but effective habits to consider integrating into your daily routine.

1. Wake Up With a Mission

When you wake up, do you pull yourself lazily out of bed and bemoan the day ahead, or do you see it as a chance to create the life you want...another day filled with opportunities and challenges ahead of you?

Of course, this is easier said than done. Sometimes you just don’t feel it, which is why you should take care of your body the moment you wake.

Rehydrate when you wake up before you eat or fill up on your coffee or tea. You’ve just spent the night without any hydration, so get hydrated first. Then you can have your morning coffee.

Do some quick exercises. This doesn’t have to be strenuous. Rather, it’s simply to get some movement in your body, joints, and circulation. Just do five minutes of mobility exercises or simple warm-up exercises to get things going.

The aim here is to prep your body and mind for the day ahead and kick-start your internal engines.

Having some way to remind yourself of your mission each morning could help as well, such as a vision board, affirmations, or goals written on your wall. All these things will keep you focused on your mission.

2. Plan Your Day Before You Go To Bed

Before going to bed, you can offload some of your mental burdens by planning the day ahead. Get your subconscious working for you while you sleep and set a path you can follow the next day.

When you wake up, you’ll know exactly what you need to get done, and you won’t have to waste time going back and forth or making decisions about your day.

Planning your next day before going to bed can really help lift the confusion of what you need to focus on and give you a clear direction as you work on your goals the next day.
